The production of shimmer wines has been going on since the eighties of the last century. The development of technology and equipment of this production was carried out by well-known specialists of the leading Moscow Research Institute of Winemaking and Industry. And the famous scientist E.S. Droglav trained the plant’s specialists. Shimmer wine is made from Aligote, Pinot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Citron Magarach grapes. It is distinguished by delicate taste and flavor with hints of mown hay.
